Dani Elle Speegle is an American CrossFit athlete and fitness influencer. The first time she participated in her CrossFit was in September 2015 when her coach encouraged her to try her CrossFit competition. He believed Dani had what it took to make it big in the sport.

Ultimately, Dani’s coach was right. Since her journey began, she has grown into a highly respected her CrossFit athlete. Biography

Dani El Spiegl says she was a hard competitor all her life.Growing up, she was very interested in athletics and sports. Her favorite pastimes were soccer and diving.

As she got older, Dani gradually lost her initial interest in soccer and diving and began experimenting with her other activities, which included volleyball, track and field and club volleyball. . While studying, Dani kept jumping from one sport to the next. But her passion for moving her body remained the same.

Shortly after entering college, Dani discovered her CrossFit. In September 2015, she was introduced to her CrossFit workouts for the first time by her personal trainer Asante Richards.

Asante saw Dani’s potential in her and encouraged her to try her CrossFit. Dani heeded her trainer’s advice and she started training at the CrossFit gym.

Under Asante’s guidance, Dani has made her rapid progress in just a few months. Not only has her body improved in shape and muscle, but she’s stronger than before.

Find success in a new Sport

Excited about her own progress and her CrossFit community of athletes, Dani began on the path to becoming a CrossFit athlete herself.

Dani’s workouts There are no secrets to his routine. She says it all comes down to hard work and consistency in training.

She keeps exercising even if she feels she doesn’t want to exercise. She sticks to her plan no matter what the cost—this is her mindset that allowed her to win competitions and become a successful CrossFit athlete.

When it comes to workout specifics, Dani likes weights, heavy compounds that make her body grow. Coupled with some isolation movements and conditioning work she targets specific areas of her body.

She trains 3-5 hours a day, 5-6 times a week. As for her rest days, Dani devotes one day to active rest and another day to complete abstinence from her physical activity.

Nutrition

                                             Balance and Moderation

Like most CrossFit athletes, Dani eats a clean diet that provides enough energy for her workouts. “Everything in moderation” is her rule.

She doesn’t believe it’s beneficial to eliminate certain foods from her diet entirely. We focus on giving healthy and healthy meals.

Idol and Influence

Dani credits her trainer, Asante Richards, with being the one who got her into CrossFit. As Dani said; “I owe my love for the sport to my gym trainer, Asante Richards. He has made it his mission to be a kind of mentor for me.”

He spent a lot of time teaching me the basics and teaching me techniques. His job was mainly to get me home.
